Everything created out of nothing
In a moment, the Source created the most miraculous jigsaw puzzle known to humankind along with the glue to hold the miracle together throughout cosmic timelessness. In an instant before where matter, energy, and space did not exist; matter, energy, and space were created simultaneously by an intelligent entity outside of this realm of existence. Hence, a good number of today’s scientific community believes with a degree of certainty in the ‘creatio ex nihilio’ from a Creator who is not composed of comprehensible matter or space.
Precise Natural Laws
Let’s first examine a number of current scientific ideas which illustrate the presence and omnipotence of the Source and then the influence the benevolent Creator has upon the past, present, and future of humankind itself. Running parallel to the creation of the universe is the creation of the Natural Laws which are precise; in fact, they are so precise that there is little range between existence and extinction.
The perfect level of precision for the universe to manifest
Scientific evidence supports the premise that the universe was created about 13.7 billion years ago and hence, brought about the fundamental laws of physics. At that moment, the universe could have been created or destroyed depending upon the rate of expansion. If the expanding energy was too slow, it would implode back into itself and if it was too fast, the universe would be ripped apart. The Source provided the perfect balance between being too slow and too fast which scientists have estimated at 10 to the power of 120…yes, place a decimal point and 120 zeroes after it to realize the level of precision required to create our universe.
Life exists due to exactness and not variance
When considering our creation, we should also consider the influence of the relative distance between our Earth and the Sun, the Moon, and the other planets. If the Sun was too far away, we would experience the freezing conditions found on Uranus and if to close we experience the extreme heat found on Mercury and life would not exist. If the Moon was not at the precise distance that it is, it would crash into us. If our atmosphere was not just the correct combination of elements, if the tilt of the Earth altered, if our rotation was slower or faster, if our orbit was longer or shorter; or if our magnetic field differed – we would not exist today.
Albert Einstein’s view on our Creator
When we consider all the ifs it takes to create and sustain life on our terrestrial home, it is of little wonder that Albert Einstein wrote in his book, The World as I See It of the possibility of a supreme intelligence which is far superior to any description we may comprehend of the Creator. The fact that we exist is a miracle in and of itself and we exist with the choice to practice or ignore our spirituality and acknowledge the Creator of our universe, Self, and our lives.
