Your goals manifest not from your objective attention, instead, from your subjective attention

Your success is not determined by anyone else accept your Self

Some are confused when it comes to goal setting and goal achieving: these people put their faith in the success or failure of others to measure their true potential and possibility of success in their own life. However, they fail to understand that their goals must originate and manifest originally from within their inner world, their spiritual world, which is theirs and theirs alone.

Cultivate your most priced possessions…your original thoughts

Hence, since our thoughts are the starting point of all achievement, we must carefully cultivate our most precious possessions. Fortunately, our inner world can be immune from the forces of the outer world only if we make a concerted effort to protect this world from the invasion of negative and potentially dangerous thoughts and beliefs.

It is your success you must focus upon…not a mentors or friends

Many have an idea that they want to achieve great things in their life before they even make a commitment to their new idea. Yet, to develop their new Self, they look to others for support and guidance. We then see a person who wants to become an Internet marketer ask a friend who has never been successful or has never even attempted to be an Internet guru for advice.

Do not depend on others who are not successful to guide you to your success

Or, an inspired writer wants to write a best seller and asks someone, who has little experience as such, if their idea will be successful to the reading public. Needless to say, this one act of seeking advice may in and of itself crush the inspired person’s dreams for an entire lifetime. We simply cannot allow other’s objective attention to rob us of a life of happiness, health, and wealth which each of us is entitled to receive from our benevolent Creator.  

WE are responsible for creating OUR own success

While it is admirable, it is very dangerous to ask others for their opinions about a new idea which has not yet reached fruition since this kind of thinking is inconsistent with the Natural Laws that govern our universe. In the holographic world which we live, we are both responsible for and capable of creation. This act of creation starts with our own vision of what we want to become, be it a wealthy Internet guru or a prize-winning writer.

OUR thoughts, actions, and words begin the process to OUR success

As our own thoughts begin the process to achieve what we hope to achieve, the wheels are then put in motion to receive all that is needed to reach our goals. Naturally, this is a long list which includes the necessary people, circumstances, situations, and opportunities to manifest those goals.  

Subjective not objective means and methods create your dreams, wants and needs

We must accept this way as the only way to achieve our goals and not entertain or subscribe to the many objective methods in our outer world for a measure of our true potential or future success. When we have this attitude towards our future success, we have attained a higher plane of awareness which we then share with the Creator of the universe. This spiritual connection then carries us to our end goals. 

Faith helps create your wants and needs…through subjective attention.

Do not allow others or other circumstances to steal the goals you set for your life. Have faith in your ability as a creator of your dreams. In the end, it is your subjective attention that will manifest what you desire – your results can never be foreign to your original thoughts.

You can change the outside, but, it won’t change the inside

We’ve all heard negative talk around the office water cooler

How many times have you heard that a colleague is unhappy about management, company policy, compensation, holiday schedule, insurance protection, computer speed, cafeteria food? Blah, blah, bah, blah, blah! You name it and it seems that nothing is beyond reproach since everything about their job is boring, unfulfilling, and depressing and it’s not their fault.

Who’s fault is it when you feel bored, unfulfilled, and depressed?

Although they never make any positive contributions to change the ills of the company, they believe they are worth more money, more responsibility, and more respect since they are the ones who are the real assets of the company!  

How can you reach your true potential?

While this person wants more of everything, with these kinds of thoughts they can never reach their true potential. And even though they may change their job, as long as they maintain the same thoughts within their mind, there can be no change in their results. When they repeatedly complain about their past, the only thing that can happen is that they are held in the past longer.

Can you run away from the past and present to a better future?

They think they can run away from their past and present to have a better future. However, these folks are thinking in reverse: they rationalize that when they get more money, more respect, and more responsibility then they will contribute more to their job. If you want a new job or career with more money and more responsibility, you cannot remain critical of where you are at the present moment.

You can’t keep doing, thinking, and saying the same things and expect different results

You must make a vow to do things better in whatever situation you find yourself, make yourself worth more to the company and not one who only sees the negative. If you only see the negative then you will certainly stay negative and you cannot progress.

So, how can we change our thoughts, actions and words?

Here’s how one person changed. Allan was very negative when I first met him: he would always complain about management, about the company, about the medical benefits. One day I had enough, “OK, so if it’s so bad, make it better and here’s why – it’s not only for you, but, it’s also your co-workers.

Change your attitude to change your results

First, you will benefit and second, everyone is probably fed-up with your constant complaining. As you improve things, you will feel better and more opportunities will present themselves to you.” So, what happened to Allan? He did change his attitude and turned out to be an asset to his company. Then he was stolen by another company and given more money, this has happened twice and he’s making more money and happier with life since he made the decision to change his attitude and not just his surroundings.

Be the best where you are at the moment, and the future will take care of itself

Be the best you can where you are…there are plenty of opportunities wherever you are at. Become the expert who suggests changes at your job and make those changes within before you make the changes without.

Positive expectancy is the driving force that changes problems to solutions, difficulties to possibilities, and adversities to opportunities.

Roadblocks are only temporary detours meant to measure your resolve.

When we set out to accomplish big goals and big dreams, we often run into roadblocks that appear to stop us from achieving what we truly desire in life. However, these are mere detours set before us to test our resolve. Although we encounter problems, difficulties, and adversities along the path to success, The Law of Expectancy can turn these into solutions, possibilities, and opportunities.

We can only receive what we expect to receive.

The Law of Expectancy will bring about big changes in your life as a result of your mental attitude. Because you achieve what you expect to achieve, according to the Law, your attitude sets off a chain reaction to bring about your success. So, we have thoughts of success that cause us to react in a positive manner which draws all the people and circumstances that are necessary to achieve what we want.  

Would you still try after facing 10,000 failures?

Thomas Edison certainly had the Law on his side when it took him over 10,000 attempts to discover the incandescent light bulb. And The Law was working for Sly Stallone when scores of Hollywood studios turned down his script about a prizefighter from Philadelphia.

Defeat is an attitude; success is an attitude.

In spite of repeated failure and rejection, these men had an attitude of victory and not of defeat which helped them get around, through, and over the obstacles that were stopping them from achieving their ultimate goal.  

If you think you can, you can. If you think you can’t, you can’t.

It must be said that the opposite is true as well, if we think we can’t then we certainly can’t reach our goals. This is evident with many people: on the surface, it looks like they should attain whatever they strive for. They plan their goal, are sure to be positive in life, and do all the right stuff,

Positive Expectancy is the key to goal achievement.

However, unless they have positive expectancy, chances are they will not reach their goal no matter how long or how hard they try. This is self-sabotage. And as they continue to sabotage their efforts on an unconscious level, they are not even aware of what or why they don’t achieve the success they want out of life. 

You must have Positive Expectancy, not just a positive attitude.

The Law will provide for you if you do the following: have a clearly defined goal, visualize your results before they occur, never lose sight of your goal, take consistent action towards your goal, and remain in a positive state of mind. 

What’s the driving force in your life?

Even though you maintain positive thoughts towards your goal and your success, it is not enough just to be positive. More importantly, you need positive expectancy to accompany optimism. You have to feel a sense of expectancy as well as think positively to succeed. Expectancy of success, coupled with positive thoughts, will manifest what you want to achieve in your life.

“The Source: enigma of our past, our present, and our future.”

Since the dawn of humankind…

Since the dawn of humankind, we have been in great wonder and awe of the Creator of our universe and everything that exists around us. While we have been perplexed by this all pervasive entity, the ancients viewed the Creator in many forms and an equal amount of legends emerge telling us of various capabilities and wondrous events.

The Source is beyond understanding with our five senses  

It is likely that the Source appears to be enigmatic in our collective eyes since we are unable to comprehend an entity that wields so much power and such immense intelligence, is beyond the grasp of our five senses, and does not exist within this time/space continuum as we understand other objects and entities do so.

There is no beginning and there is no end 

The first major hurdle to comprehend and overcome when we are attempting to accept the Source as the cause and effect of creation is the idea that there is no beginning and there is no ending. In the present physical existence humankind finds itself in, we are conditioned that everything has a start and everything has a finish. Our life has a beginning and our life has an ending; relationships begin and relationships end; seasons begin and seasons end; and friendships begin and friendships end.

Our conditioning has failed us 

This is what we expect and accept within this plane of existence and deem it impossible and improbable that something can have no beginning and no ending. However, we view the Source through the jaundiced eyes of our physical realm of existence although this entity does not adhere to our understanding and definition of human space, human volume, or human time.

From nothing came everything 

Another concern of many is that when the moment of creation occurred, in that nano-second in time, all physical and non-physical things were created in the same instant. As a result, all the thoughts, knowledge, experiences, situations, and people necessary to achieve our goals were created as well. This must be so since all things including thoughts, knowledge, experiences, situations, and people are energy, vibrational energy, and since energy can neither be created nor destroyed it merely takes on a different state than the present state that we see or understand at the present moment.

We are vibrational energy as everything is  

We believe that such things as thought and knowledge were not created at the sacred moment and all the while we also believe that physical bodies end our earthly existence and our future existence as well. Hence, while we have taken on a physical body, nonetheless, we are still part of the Source due to our vibrational energy and must return to the One when our earthy time has expired.  And the same can be said about thoughts, knowledge, experiences, and situations; even though they may have manifested as entities, they are still part of the primordial energy and must remain as such.

The Natural Laws are the grease that sustain and maintain the universe 

Next, there are those who are concerned that the universe does not maintain and sustain itself based upon precise Natural Laws that were created by the Source. There are a myriad of Laws that are concise as any mathematical formula which allow us to send rockets to the moon and satellites to distant stars while we plan and time each step in their journey within a fraction of a second to achieve success. These Laws hold together the universe, keep our planet in the correct orbit, and provide the proper atmosphere for us to live life here on Earth.

We can’t see the Natural Laws but we can see their effects 

Furthermore, we are unable to see gravity or magnetic fields, merely the effects of the Natural Laws, although they exist and can be proven scientifically. For example, when we throw a football or a baseball, we never doubt for a moment that it will eventually fall to earth as gravity takes over and pulls the ball to the ground. And when it comes to seeing the influence of the Natural laws, we do not even see the objects with our eyes as such, rather, we see objects as vibrational forces which we then transform into objects. Still, the continuance of the universe is not and never will be fate or luck or coincidence.

The Source is our benevolent care giver

Now, many are hard pressed to believe that the Source is a benevolent one when they witness such suffering and sadness on this earthly plane of existence. However, we are put through pain and pleasure as a true measure of our Self. We receive pleasure since we can accept it; and we receive pain since we can accept it. We are only given what we can endure, and we endure such trials as a means to grow past a problem we have faced in the past or we face in the present. If we were only given pleasure, would we grow as spiritual beings? If we were given only pain, would we grow as spiritual beings?

Trust the Source…express your gratitude 

We must trust the Source to give us what we need to grow and develop into more spiritual beings, therefore, do not question why you get doses of pain and pleasure. Rather, feel gratitude for the pain and pleasure you receive since these both forge a more spiritual being.

The Source exists within each of us, we are inseparable 

Finally, many are of the opinion that the Source is located in some far-away place and with little compassion for the human race or any other creature that inhabits the universe. However, the Source exists within and around each of us regardless of the place, our gender, age, or social rank. You cannot separate the inseparable, however, you can lose focus and awareness of the sacred connection which then leads us to believe that the Source is anything but benevolent.

Listen to your inner voice to guide you, to protect you

Each of us only has to listen to the voice deep within us to know if we are in harmony or disharmony with the Source. Harmony is about love and compassion and helping others while disharmony is about fear and hate and taking advantage of others. Each of us has that option and hence, free will to make choices. You have the choice to lead a life guided by spirituality or you have a choice to lead a life guided by physicality. Those choices which serve us best are those that put the Source first and then others next.

You have a choice to enjoy endless possibilities 

While the Source continues to be enigmatic in many people’s eyes, there are those who have a deep and solid connection who believe otherwise. The ones who hold the Source first live a life of boundless opportunities and joy while those who hold the physical plane of existence first live a life of fear and frustration never even realizing that they have the same opportunities to feel free and joyful in this physical realm of existence. The choice is yours.
