A ME-ist to a WE-ist: How We Can Change the World One Person at a Time

CHAPTER 3

Don’t Judge Others

It’s difficult to become a We-ist when you’re plagued with being judgmental of other’s behaviour for their selfish ways or actions; your colleagues taking too long lunchbreaks; a overweight runner on the treadmill at the gym; or ‘they’ are always disagreeing with your decisions. Let’s face it; we all lose our patience with the way our friends and family members act at times. Is it realistic to be completely judgment free? Perhaps, the best we can do is to be vigilant and work on damage control. If we realize even a slight improvement in our Self and the number of times we judge those around us, isn’t this walking on the correct path to real change? Therefore, it appears to me that judging others provides the potential to experience real growth in your life as you make strides to be less judgmental in those situations. When we judge others and their behaviour, are we judging them or are we judging our self? The Dean of Personal Development, Earl Nightingale, believes that we are holding up a mirror of our Self because “judging someone does not define who they are; it defines who we are.” It might be our own insecurities that prompt our judgmental words, actions, and thoughts.

So, as we judge our colleagues for taking those extra minutes for their lunch, are we looking at our own behaviour and our own (in)ability to control our time? Or, as we frown inside when we see that fat runner on the treadmill, are we worrying about our own bodies becoming overweight as the years in our lives add up? Perhaps, when we judge our partner who questions or disagrees with every decision we make in life, we have innate fear that we are making the wrong decision, but this fear manifests as judging the other person’s reaction to us? In the end, a recent blog by Shola (2017), sums up what is brewing within our minds as we criticize the actions and words of those around us; “usually, we harshly judge others because we do the same to ourselves.” Isn’t this the truth? Accordingly, when I judge someone for being late for an appointment, I’m really saying that my way is the correct way, the only way, to live life and there’s little tolerance for not living up to my standards of behaviour.

Our judgment of other’s actions and words act to reinforce our own core values, beliefs, and assumptions that ultimately, create our reality. As we pass judgment, we are able to comprehend how ‘their’ core values, beliefs, and assumptions fit in with ours. Here’s the problem; according to Dutta (2017), “everything in life looks morally incorrect and wrong, until we do that thing ourselves. What we don’t do ourselves is often unacceptable to our mind.” If different, we build a wall between us; if similar we build bridges. We may see that judging others negatively, who are different than we are, is morally and ethically wrong, but still, it is difficult to change our thoughts, words, and actions. If we see our own prejudices as they are, we must live with those or even more alarming, we must change to be more accepting of those who values and beliefs of life are not the same as ours.

When we judge others, we add negative energy to our inner and outer world. Do we need to increase negative energy with the state our world is in at this moment? I don’t believe so; to make changes in our lives and our world we need to live with more positive thoughts, words, and actions which will create more positive energy. Once again, here’s a wonderful opportunity for personal growth in your life. We cannot live within a realm of negative and positive energy at the same time; it’s scientifically impossible. So, it’s either one or the other and we have complete control over what state of energy we live within. Since judging our family members, colleagues, and friends is mired in negative energy, it simply is not possible to add to the greater good of the planet when we judge others. There is no way that anyone can rationalize being judgmental helps the Me-ists of the world become We-ists. Think, speak, and act positive towards those you once judged. Imagine a world where there is an abundance of understanding and positivity rather than judging and negativity.

What’s the fuss about living in a state of negative energy? There is much to be concerned about and this is proven by modern day science, not just the words of the poets or writers. The trillions of cells that comprise our body respond to our thoughts, words, and actions much the same way as they are influenced by pharmaceutical drugs and our internal juices (Pert, 2010). Stress can result from negative thoughts, words, or actions, and when this occurs, our bodies react by creating a cornucopia of chemicals that include adrenaline, norepinephrine, and cortisol. Their release in our body is associated with surviving when trouble strikes; while helpful at the time of danger (shutting down what bodily functions are not needed, such as digestion, growth, and reproductive system), if our bodies keep producing cortisol, for example, when not required, this leads to serious damage. Klein (2013) reports that “Too much cortisol can suppress the immune system, increase blood pressure and sugar, decrease libido, produce acne, contribute to obesity and more.”  Passing judgment upon those around us draws negatives towards us, and soon we are languishing in ill-conceived chemicals that result from negative energy.

Bad things happen to good people, however, in order to move forward, we need to re-channel our negative thoughts.

Photo by Karl Magnuson on Unsplash

Sometimes the road we’re on gets bumpy with roadblocks and potholes

As we travel along our journey, most will encounter rather rough times which can occur to ourselves, our family, our friends, or our colleagues. While we are not able to change the situation, we are able to control our reaction to the situation. With our thoughts, we can re-channel negatives into positives that are more beneficial to our mental and physical health in the long run.

Grief is part of the healing process

When we have a loved one die from disease, taken by a sudden accident, or other unexpected trauma, naturally, we experience a great deal of grief. This is expected and is part of the healing process and getting past the terrible things that can happen to us throughout our life. However, we must not let our grief take control of our life, keep us under its control, and prevent us from living a full and productive life.

We can accept what IS but we can’t change what WAS

Although we endure suffering and pain, we must accept what is since we cannot change what was.  Our inner resistance to the bad things that occur to us causes us more pain and we must realize that we cannot change the death of a loved one or the loss of a friend or colleague. Once we accept this fact, we can regain control of our thoughts, our feelings, and our life.

Accept grief for what it is and reject destructive coping activities

However, if we are unable to accept the grief that accompanies a tragic loss and bury our feelings in our subconscious mind, this can lead to a long list of coping mechanisms which are unhealthy and downright destructive. Being unable to cope, many have feelings of fear, anxiety and depression while others develop addictions to food, shopping, alcohol, and drugs. These choices are not good choices.

Re-channel negative thoughts, words, and actions with positive thoughts, words, and actions

How do we then take a negative situation and put a positive spin on it? We need to re-channel our negative thoughts and actions into positive thoughts and actions. If we have a loved one die from cancer, in order to re-channel we can volunteer are at a nearby cancer center and help those who are suffering from this terrible disease.

Forgive those who have done you wrong

Or having been betrayed by a loved one, in order to re-channel after the initial shock and disbelief, you can immediately forgive that person and see only good things happening to them in their present and future.

Regain what was lost times 10…you’ll be healthier and happier in mind, body and spirit

A close friend borrows a large sum of money and never repays it, in order to re-channel you can forgive your friend right away and then vow to regain that amount of money, plus another 25%, within 60 days.

Re-channeling creates growth of the inner you, your forever spirit

Re-channeling your negatives into positives helps you grow spiritually which then results in a happier and more fulfilled life.

Your goals manifest not from your objective attention, instead, from your subjective attention

Photo by Austin Schmid on Unsplash

Your success is not determined by anyone else accept your Self

Some are confused when it comes to goal setting and goal achieving: these people put their faith in the success or failure of others to measure their true potential and possibility of success in their own life. However, they fail to understand that their goals must originate and manifest originally from within their inner world, their spiritual world, which is theirs and theirs alone.

Cultivate your most priced possessions…your original thoughts

Hence, since our thoughts are the starting point of all achievement, we must carefully cultivate our most precious possessions. Fortunately, our inner world can be immune from the forces of the outer world only if we make a concerted effort to protect this world from the invasion of negative and potentially dangerous thoughts and beliefs.

It is your success you must focus upon…not a mentors or friends

Many have an idea that they want to achieve great things in their life before they even make a commitment to their new idea. Yet, to develop their new Self, they look to others for support and guidance. We then see a person who wants to become an Internet marketer ask a friend who has never been successful or has never even attempted to be an Internet guru for advice.

Do not depend on others who are not successful to guide you to your success

Or, an inspired writer wants to write a best seller and asks someone, who has little experience as such, if their idea will be successful to the reading public. Needless to say, this one act of seeking advice may in and of itself crush the inspired person’s dreams for an entire lifetime. We simply cannot allow other’s objective attention to rob us of a life of happiness, health, and wealth which each of us is entitled to receive from our benevolent Creator.

WE are responsible for creating OUR own success

While it is admirable, it is very dangerous to ask others for their opinions about a new idea which has not yet reached fruition since this kind of thinking is inconsistent with the Natural Laws that govern our universe. In the holographic world which we live, we are both responsible for and capable of creation. This act of creation starts with our own vision of what we want to become, be it a wealthy Internet guru or a prize-winning writer.

OUR thoughts, actions, and words begin the process to OUR success

As our own thoughts begin the process to achieve what we hope to achieve, the wheels are then put in motion to receive all that is needed to reach our goals. Naturally, this is a long list which includes the necessary people, circumstances, situations, and opportunities to manifest those goals.

Subjective not objective means and methods create your dreams, wants and needs

We must accept this way as the only way to achieve our goals and not entertain or subscribe to the many objective methods in our outer world for a measure of our true potential or future success. When we have this attitude towards our future success, we have attained a higher plane of awareness which we then share with the Creator of the universe. This spiritual connection then carries us to our end goals.

Faith helps create your wants and needs…through subjective attention.

Do not allow others or other circumstances to steal the goals you set for your life. Have faith in your ability as a creator of your dreams. In the end, it is your subjective attention that will manifest what you desire – your results can never be foreign to your original thoughts.

Focus all of your attention upon I AM – do not focus any of your attention upon I WILL

Photo by Johnny Cohen on Unsplash

Would you set your goal on an absolute or a possibility?

Throughout our lives we set goals to achieve what we want to have or become or what we need to have or become. This is an important first step in the process to achieve what we want or what we need. However, only writing down and reviewing your goals on a regular basis will not produce the results you want. And sorry to say, many do not achieve their wants or needs due to these actions.

There is a huge difference between I WILL and I AM

All too often a goal setter is thinking and talking about I WILL instead of thinking and talking about I AM. The subtle difference between these two words is the difference between achieving and not achieving what you set your heart upon.

Most set goals by thinking and saying I WILL

Think about how most set their goals: I WILL be wealthy in the next five years; I WILL have a new home in two years; I WILL double my income in 48 months and so on and so on. On a superficial level, this kind of self-talk appears that it should take the person out of their present unpleasant situation and into a fabulous future. Yet, there are two fundamental problems with this method.

You will face two problems when focusing goal achievement upon I WILL

First, we are placing our own understanding and belief of cosmic timelessness for what and when we want to achieve a goal. Second, I WILL is a mere possibility of what we want to have or become and it is not an absolute. If you should have any doubt of this idea, gauge your feelings after saying I WILL and then how you feel after saying I AM.

What is my first concern?

Let’s examine my first concern. Many experts and scientists alike now believe we exist in a holographic universe where creation is complete, thus, right at this very moment everything that we need to achieve our goals already exists and exists everywhere.

We cannot create anything new since everything already exists, albeit, some on the physical plane while others are the metaphysical plane

As a result of this condition, we do not and cannot possibly create anything new since creation is complete; all we need to do is invoke a higher plane of consciousness to receive what we truly desire. The true power of I AM occurs when we tap into the unlimited power of the universe. Thus, it is only our awareness of our creativity which brings about our results.

Having deep faith helps drive you toward goal achievement

Second, I AM is an absolute and not a possibility as I WILL. Of course, this is if you have complete faith in the Source to deliver what you want or need. When we say and feel I AM, we have a different perspective and as a result we think and act differently right now. We are conscious of what we want and feel as if we already have it at this very moment.

I AM is an absolute, by contrast, I WILL is a possibility

Hence, this difference in thought results in the manifestation of all the people, circumstances, and situations required to achieve our goals. In the end, our imagination drives the I AM. By contrast, I WILL is a thought for sometime on the future horizon. Thinking of I WILL does not give us that same feeling of accomplishment and ownership of our wants or needs as I AM does.

Your awareness of I AM manifests that what you truly desire, need, or want

We all exist within parallel universes where all your possibilities already exist: you can be poor or rich, or healthy or unhealthy, famous or infamous. Ultimately, it is your awareness of I AM that manifests what you become.

Express your gratitude daily to the Source for your physical health, your material wealth, and your spiritual Self.

Photo by Marcos Paulo Prado on Unsplash

Bring magic into your life by expressing gratitude on a daily basis

There is something magical about expressing heartfelt gratitude to the Source of the Natural Laws on a daily basis. Simply put, as you express gratitude, you are drawn closer to where all good originates. As a result of being in a harmonious state with the Source, you can only receive abundance in your life.

Money can buy goods…it can’t buy health

No doubt, there are many things that we can be grateful for in life, however, why not begin by being truly thankful for the one thing that many people take for granted – good health. Most go through life ignoring their physical health and when they lose their health, it’s often too late to regain it.

Even a billionaires money couldn’t buy good health

Andrew Carnegie, the famed industrialist and richest man in the world during his time, said that he would give 10 million dollars to prolong his life for a few more years. Still, no amount of money can ever buy back your health. Think of it this way, expressing gratitude is a form of preventive medicine and as you are thankful for good health, you attract the same back into your life.

Your material wealth is a result of your past thinking

Your current material wealth is the result of your past thinking and actions. Regardless of what you have at the moment, be thankful for it. If you have an old car, you must be grateful; if you have unfashionable clothes, you must be grateful; or if you live in a small apartment on the bad side of town, you must be grateful. This is not to say that you have to be content with your present possessions, you should set your sights higher as is the very nature of humankind itself.

Gratitude creates within and around you a positive state of vibration

Still, when you are grateful for what you currently have, you place yourself in a positive state of vibration, which naturally attracts your goals to you. On the other hand, if you voice your displeasure with what you have accumulated to this moment, you are placing yourself in a negative state of vibration and then you are unable to own a new car, a new set of clothes, or a large apartment.

Divine knowledge permeates our universe

Being grateful to the Source is the first step to developing our spiritual Self since the acknowledgment of a single Source creates a powerful connection to the divine knowledge that permeates our universe. As you tap into this knowledge, you become empowered and in harmony with your wants and desires. Harmony creates results, this is the Law.

Gratitude, expressed daily, creates a truly fulfilled life

Remember, if you consistently express general discontent with any aspect of your life, you can only receive more of the same. Be grateful for everything that has occurred in your life, after all, it is the sum of what you are at the present moment. No matter the circumstances, be sure to express gratitude for your health, your wealth, and your Self.

Your immediate and long-term success depends upon your desire, emotion, and action.

How do you define success?

Success in life can mean a number of things to different people. Some chase fame, many want material goods, while others pursue the peace and harmony that results from spiritual attainment. Nevertheless, no matter how diverse success is defined, there are three essential ingredients necessary for a life of personal achievement. Desire, emotion, and action are powerful forces that can lead a person to achieve the ultimate success in their life.

Desire, a deep burning desire for your goal can help you achieve the seemingly unachievable.

In Napoleon Hill’s writing’s, he clearly believed that desire was critical for achieving success. However, it must be a burning desire, a desire for fulfillment that takes over your entire life and you simply must reach the goal desired in your mind in spite of any and all obstacles.

Belief in achieving your goal is not enough to achieve your goal.

Although people may believe they have an intense desire for their goal, they never realize what they’re after. They let excuses get in their way. They don’t have the money needed to start a new business or they don’t possess the knowledge or the time just isn’t right. They allow their present circumstances to rob them of their desire.

Excuses can dose your burning desire to reach your goal.

When you feel that your burning desire is waning, it is crucial to rekindle the flame and remain focused upon the end goal, and not allow excuses to take away your need for success.

The intensity of your emotions helps you achieve what you desire most in this life.

The second part of the equation is having emotions for the goal you want to achieve. The intensity of your emotions helps you get around, over, or under the obstacles that can be put between you and your goal. Positive emotions of faith, abundance, enthusiasm, expectancy, passion, and gratitude change your psychological and physiological Self.

Your outer world mirrors your inner world.

Just think when you’re sad: your outside mirrors your inside since there’s no hiding your true Self. Now, think when you’re happy: you feel good on the inside and your outer Self reflects that good feeling as you walk tall and confident. You are harmonious with the universe and your goal.

Harmony between your goals and your thoughts manifests your goals.

In turn, being in harmony with the Natural Laws opens up the floodgates of the universe to bring together the people, the circumstances, and the right moment for your personal success. So, look in that mirror and get those emotions out, they’re crucial for personal success.

Action is often missed; you cannot achieve your goals through inaction.

Even though one’s desires and emotions are in harmony, a goal can never be accomplished unless you take action. Actions produce results that bring success. It’s clear that the little things done consistently bring about huge results over time.

Plan what action you will take daily to reach your goal.

In order to achieve your goals, plan daily and be sure to do the most important thing needed on a daily basis to succeed. It’s wise to start your day off on a positive note and write down what you need to do that day to get closer to your dreams.

Manifest your goals through desire, emotion, and action…it’s the Law.

No matter how you look at life, a healthy dose of desire, emotion, and action will result in the manifestations of your goals.

Your blueprint for success must include awareness, decisiveness, and thankfulness

Photo by George Hiles on Unsplash

You need a destination before you start your journey

You can compare your life to a road trip: as you travel along, you must navigate around potholes, cross over bridges, and go through tunnels. If you plan to journey across the country, you would not just pack up your car, fill it up with gas, and point it down the road without a final destination.

Where’s my roadmap?

No doubt, you would take the time to find a roadmap that shows you how to arrive at your final destination. If you take such meticulous effort to plan leisure time, why not take the time to find a roadmap for a successful life?

A blueprint for your life can help you succeed

On a road trip, you need a map and on your life’s journey, you need a blueprint. One succeeds at life by having a blueprint that has been proven to be successful by others through time, trial, and observation. After many years of experimenting with this idea, I’m suggesting the following as part of your plan for success: you need awareness, decisiveness, and thankfulness to achieve big goals in your life.

Awareness of our creative powers changes our emotions and ultimately, our results

Many believe that they are powerless and insignificant in the universe. As a result of these feelings, they believe they have no control over their future, and thus, over their results. However, modern-day science is proving that we are both participants and creators within our cosmos. When we are truly aware of our power over our own destiny, naturally, our emotions change. As our emotions change, then our results change.

Use your intuition to make decisions quickly and change decisions slowly

Once you have awareness, you now need to have decisiveness. Many people fail in life because they cannot make a decision. They change their minds as they change their socks. Or, they hope with all hope that someone else will make their decisions for them. Research has shown that achievers make their decisions quickly and then change their decisions slowly, if at all. They react on their intuition since their gut feelings lead them rather than being led by the crowd or circumstances. As you acquire decisiveness, you must move closer to your goals.

Thankfulness for your present will change your future

Thankfulness for wherever or whatever you are at the present moment is critical for success. If you find that you have not achieved what you wish, you still must show your thankfulness. It is imperative to show sincere thankfulness since the universe mirrors back your emotions. If you send out emotions of lack, need, or want, you can only receive the same back in your life.

Success is the result of your awareness, decisiveness, and thankfulness

When you are aware of your power, when you can make a decision, and when you show thanks, you have the blueprint to make your life a success. Follow these suggestions to achieve the life you desire.

Celebrate disharmony in your life

Photo courtesy of Yael Gonzalez at upsplash.com

Is disharmony an evil or the unawareness of being in disharmony the real evil?

Volumes have been written about the evils of disharmony in our lives. Disharmony occurs when our thoughts, our wants, and our actions are incongruent, and thus, contradictory to the Natural Laws of the universe. This idea has been supported by others who believe that being in a state of disharmony can never bring you happiness; being inharmonious with the Law is a sign of failure; and being out of sync with the Natural Laws can only produce more of what you have at the present moment.

Being unaware of disharmony is the real state of tragedy in your life

In spite of these words, I believe that the evil is not being in a state of disharmony, but, not recognizing it nor doing anything about it. In the end, disharmony should be used to work for you in your pursuit of success.

Our present manifests from our past thoughts, actions and words

Our present circumstances are the results of our past thoughts, actions, and words. If we have made changes in our life, it is because we have maintained certain thoughts and then have taken specific actions. However, if we have not made changes in our thoughts, we have not made any changes in our actions or words, and then our circumstances will surely remain the same.

How can we define a disharmonious state of being?

Let’s consider when a person is in debt, accepts their situation, and does nothing to get out of debt; are they not in a harmonious situation? You are not in a disharmonious state when you are in debt and do nothing about it; you are not in a disharmonious state when you are in a bad relationship and take no action to change things. You are in a harmonious state as your thoughts, actions, and words thus, your circumstances are one in the same.

A heightened state of awareness results in personal growth

On the other hand, when you are in a disharmonious state and realize your true situation, you are in a heightened state of awareness, a true connection with your spirituality, and this is a positive situation to be in. Since you understand that you are thinking one thing and doing just the opposite, you will experience personal growth and achieve your goal.

Recognize disharmony to find true success

It’s important to recognize disharmony and get to work to change things. Think back in your own life to see what fear, what discomfort you escaped as a result of making changes in your thinking and your actions. Don’t we study to have a better education to make more money? Don’t we start our own business to become self-fulfilled?  How can we realize personal growth if not for disharmony?

Chaos always proceeds growth

Chaos always precedes growth. And when you understand that you’re in a state of disharmony, this is the beginning of change and the beginning for taking action and making advances towards your goal. Embrace disharmony in your life as your springboard to success.

The expansiveness of your inner world is far greater than the expansiveness of your outer world.

We are amazed by the Earth’s physical beauty

Most are in complete awe of their physical world. Consider the visual delights that await you when you stroll along a clear-blue mountain stream or hike through a peaceful green forest in the spring time. Surely, you are appreciative of experiencing the natural wonders given to us by the benevolent Source?

Ancient Pompeii, a snap-shot in time

Or wander through ancient Pompeii and marvel at the architecture of our glorious past. Glimpse into a time capsule as you are mesmerized by the same colorful wall paintings that our ancestors marveled at almost 2000 years ago.

Swirling colors…a delight to our eyes

Spend time experiencing the artwork of one of the greatest artists of all time. Be in wonder at the thick, swirling colors laid-down by our beloved Vincent who never sold a single painting he labored over when on this physical plane of existence.

Social networking has shrunk the world

And think about what social networking has done to our circle of friends and acquaintances: one minute you can be writing to a friend in Norway, the next with an acquaintance in Qatar, and then with a former colleague who has moved to China. There is also our family who often must move abroad to find meaningful employment; as such, my family is now in Canada, England, Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand.

Experience various cultures…but never leave home

In order to stay connected, we can simply access the Internet or easily board an airplane and within a few hours enjoy fish and chips in the UK, savor prawn-soup in Thailand, or delight in lamb from New Zealand. Hence, with a more mobile workforce and improved technological innovations, we can experience a wide range of cultures and traditions in virtually every country on Earth. Still, while these wonders of our outer world are breathtaking, nonetheless, they pale to the wonders of our inner world.

Some never appreciate the beauty that exists around them

Although our Earth is seemingly large and offers untold experiences for each of us, nevertheless, we share an earthly existence with others who lack appreciation for the opportunities and are instead filled with anxiety, fear, and envy. At times, the negative things that happen in the world can overshadow and even rob you of your positive words, thoughts, and actions. Think about the topics that many talk about at work – the economy is weak, the company is bad, and the future is glum. While meaning well, these people are limiting their own lives and goals by this approach to life.

We limit our opportunities in life by the language we use

They are limiting their achievements by measuring their opportunities with the physical world that they exist within. They are focusing upon the noise of their outer world which robs them of the peace, quiet, and joy which can lead them to their earthly goals. They are living in a small world, a physical world that holds them in chains and fetters their true Self. Their world may appear to be large, but it is indeed made small by their thoughts, their words, and their actions.

Our inner world is more expansive than our outer world

How can we immerse our Self in the expansiveness of our inner world? There are a number of paths we can focus upon to experience the hidden magic that rests deep within our very souls. In order to put the differences between your spiritual and physical worlds in true perspective, it is key to mediate on a regular basis. Meditating helps you block-out the noise of your outer world and find the peace in your inner world. In this state, you can then experience unlimited space and tranquility which you are able to leverage to achieve the goals that you have set your heart upon.

Meditation opens your metaphysical door to success

As you find quietude, you find the unlimited potential that is innate within your Self. Meditating helps you to relax and see the beauty that exists within you which can be hidden from you when you are not in a peaceful state of being. A positive perspective on life is far better than a negative perspective since this approach attracts additional positive events, people, and circumstances into your life.

The daily news is not the path to fulfillment

Most need to watch the nightly news to help them unwind before slipping off to sleep. I challenge this idea: how can you possibly unwind and enjoy a peaceful sleep when you have just experienced the latest tragedies, human and economic, just before retiring for the evening? It appears to me that watching the negative events that have horrified your city, state, country, or world is not the ideal way to wrap-up a day of your life.

Retire at night with a positive message reverberating in your mind

Rather than watch the nightly news and allow any negative thoughts to occupy your Self while you sleep, pick-up a positive book by some of the greatest authors of our past and present including Neville (The Power of Awareness), Raymond Holliwell (Working with the Law), Ralph Waldo Trine (In Tune with the Infinite), and Napoleon Hill (Think and Grow Rich). After retiring for the evening with the wise words from these renowned authors occupying your sleep time, your Self will have engaged with their words and will have cultivated increased awareness of the true expansiveness and innate possibilities within your inner world.

Subliminal affirmations help you walk down the path to joy
